Indicative hourly rate
£14 - 18
For every online hour, including waiting time during quite periods. Combining gross base pay, performance bonuses and allowances. Exact structure discussed ahead of interview.
Weekly earning opportunity
£680 - 855
For a driver completing a scheduled 48-hour week, based on current pay structure, performance bonuses and allowances.

Interview & vehicle check

Onboarding & induction

First shift
Your schedule is agreed in advance. You know exactly when you're working from week one.
Requirements
What you need to apply.
This is a full-time professional role. You bring the vehicle and the commitment. Odysse brings the employment, the stable and consistent pay structure, and the operational support.
You will need
- A fully electric vehicle with a valid TfL PHV licence
- Valid private hire insurance for your vehicle
- Valid TfL PCO private hire driver licence
- Clean driving record
- Commitment to a full-time structured schedule (40–48 hrs/week)
- Professional approach to driving and customer service
This offer may not suit you if
- Your vehicle is not fully electric or not PHV-licensed
- You prefer completely flexible or occasional hours

No. You don’t need to own a vehicle to drive with Odysse. Drivers would be provided with an Odysse electric vehicle. All Odysse-provided vehicles are TfL-licensed, company-maintained, and insured. Use of company vehicles is subject to Odysse’s Fair Use Policy, which is explained during onboarding.
We aim to review applications as quickly as possible. In most cases, you can expect to hear from our recruitment team within 2 business days after submitting your application. If your application is shortlisted, we will guide you through the next steps, including document checks and onboarding.
Driving with Odysse offers a more stable and predictable source of income, with regular shifts and access to benefits such as paid time off and pension.
