Odysse recognised at the 2026 QSi Awards
In less than three years, Odysse has been recognised at the 2026 Professional Driver QSi Awards, the UK's only national awards dedicated to the private hire, taxi and chauffeur sector.
Silver in the Environment category. Bronze in Business Diversification.
For a young company, that is a meaningful moment. It reflects not just growth, but recognition from within the industry itself.
Recognition from the inside
The QSi Awards celebrate operators in the UK who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, and innovation, bringing together some of the most established and respected names in the market.
The field is competitive. As Professional Driver editor Mark Bursa said:
"Only very good operators made the shortlist, so we can be sure our Gold, Silver and Bronze winners are among the very best in Britain."
On Odysse, the judges noted:
"Odysse is a young and ambitious company that has built its growth around an all-electric fleet. And it does things differently. It owns all its cars and employs all its drivers..."
"Doing things differently" is not a marketing line for us. It describes every structural decision we have made since launch.
Built differently, from day one
Odysse was not designed to replicate the standard model.
We built a fully electric fleet. We employ our drivers directly on PAYE – not freelancers, not gig workers. We own every vehicle. We manage every shift.
That is the model. It is not complicated. And it is working.
In under three years, it has scaled from a small pilot of three vehicles into a growing fleet of more than 40, with a clear direction ahead.
A foundation, not a finish line
We are continuing to grow the fleet, refine the model, and invest in the systems that improve efficiency, service quality, and driver experience.
The ambition has not changed: to build a smarter, more reliable, and more sustainable approach to private hire – one that works for drivers, passengers, and the city.
